Into the long morning hours you try to stay awake to get the final trophy and platinum the game. When that happens you feel that long road has ended but, new trials a wait for those trophy hunters. These 10 are one of the hardest platinum’s you can get on the Playstation 3 to date. You cried, you waited, and you endure the long road to get that platinum, and these platinum’s take skill and patience to get and so this is thegamershub top 10 toughest platinum’s.
10.) MAG: MAG get on this list cause this will take a bit of your time to get this platinum. MAG will have you get all ribbons and medals plus some extra stuff on the side and get to level 60 with each faction. This one will take some time for people to complete. On the side note: No one has gotten the platinum so here is the box cover for you to look at.
9.) Warhawk: Warhawk get on this list also for being very time-consuming. The medals and ribbons you have to get will take you sometime if you are good or not but, if you’re not then it will take you sometime. Warhawk has a very rich multiplayer and its just fun flying in a little jet. On the side note: Warhawk is still fun even if you are getting owned.
8.) SOCOM Confrontation: This replace W@W for two reasons; The people wanted it and really when I look back its a very time-consuming one also. You really have to have the time to get this one and some patience and be a good player to get this one. Playing each map on each mode, kill about 10,000 players, and getting MVP are pretty much hard to get in SOCOM. Overall thats the reason SOCOM replaces W@W.

7.) Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2: People have said in the past that Ninja Gaiden games are hard. Well, in this case they are somewhat right. The only problem with this one is that it will take you a long time to get some of these. Going though each difficulty once, play coop with your friend and getting about 1000 kills with each weapon is very hard in the sense that you will have to have as much patience to get this done. On the side note: Tecmo makes boobs physics very well.
6.) Wipeout HD: Wipeout HD is a very fun and very fast game but, what makes this number 6 is the trophies it comes with. These trophies have you endure race in and race out to win every single race on the hardest and fastest difficulty. The platinum will take some time but, if your that one that loves races this is a true test of skill.

5.) Disgaea 3: Wow, really do 10,000,000,000 damage in a single action? This one will take time and patience for 1. RPGs tend to take a long time to beat even if it’s a JRPG and 2. They are sometimes hard. NIS is a JRPG developer that makes JRPGs that take a long time and are hard to beat. So when Disgaea 3 had that trophy patch, NIS had to make the game very hard to platinum. It’s a fun game but, hard to platinum.
4.) Demons Souls: Demons Souls gets the number 4 spot for having tough boss fight, and some of the environments were hard to get though. (Aka The valley of defilement) The game is very fun and very much rewarding when defeating something that is bigger then you but, overall that’s the real reason that Demons Souls is a Tough platinum to get. On the side note: getting all the ores were a pain to get. On the side note: Demons Souls will make you mad.
3.) Street Fighter IV: Fighting games tend to be hard on any gaming platform. When trophies are into play they will suck you in and spit you out. These trophies are very hard and getting the platinum will take some skills and patience to just beat the game on very hard mode with every fighter. Making me think about it give me chills and flashback of breaking my controller. On the side note: Super Street Fighter IV will be even tougher.
2.) Rock Band 2: Rock band 2 will set your standards for aiming at that platinum cause it will be done a lot quicker if you have friends that are playing and if they play very, very good. Rock Band 2 will set you back a few months but, it a great game to have and try to get a platinum with friends. You don’t have to do these trophies by yourself you know.
1.) DJ HERO: DJ Hero gets the number 1 spot for having the toughest platinum to date on the playstation 3. After you get this platinum go see a doctor cause you might have arthritis after playing this game. The game will have you play all mixes on expert and have 5 stars in each. This one will be a painful one to get but, if you do it that good job you earned it, now go see that doctor.
These are the 10 toughest platinum to date on the Playstation 3. Good Luck to those trophy hunter who are aiming for some hard platinums.

Pretty good list, most of the music games seem to be really tough. GTAIV is pretty darn tough and takes 70-100 hours compared to world at war which only takes 25-35. I consider Fly the co-op and and auf wiedersehen petrovic from GTAIV to be 2 of the hardest trophies to get, so that’s really the only one I would change. You need 3 good partners to do co-op and beat all of the developers best times, and then you need to win every single possible multiplayer game mode including about 50 different races. You could be a decent player and play hundreds of hours and not get it.

I gave up on Street Fighter 4. Any trophy attached to Challenge Mode and getting 10 ranked match wins in a row was downright bullshit. I’ve about 70% on the trophies before I stopped cursing and just gave up. At least I got a platinum in BlazBlue to compensate.

Also all bias aside (I hate music games) Rock Band 2 about as hard any of the other music games so wouldn’t say its overally difficult just time consuming. Now Mirror’s Edge…that’s a hard ass game to platinum. Those runs are downright ridiculous and Test of Faith literally tested my patience to where I ended up gunning fools at the very end and not getting my trophy.

Trash Panic isn’t included because it doesn’t have a platinum. There are some tough PSN games to 100% though. SingStar should be on this list.

It seems Deaths forgot entirely sacred 2, which has some ludicrous stuff like finishing without dying a single time, or not buying anything for the entire campaign, covering % of the map (less and total) and plus, finishing with all 5 classes, bringing sacred 2 to platinum after 6 replays. Oh, and did I mention its a huge RPG ?

Rock Band 2 is in no way no.2 on this list. I’ve gotten the Platinum… sure, it took me three months. But it was time consuming, not “very difficult”. I had trouble with the drum trainer trophies, but I didn’t need to invest a lot of time to beat them. wipEout HD deserves to be way above Rock Band 2.
And DJ Hero, whilst very hard, doesn’t deserve 1st place. I think most gamers who like these rhythm/music games will agree that perhaps GH Greatest Hits, GH Metallica, or GH Van Halen deserve to be on this list. I’m sure it’s possible for two players to hit the decks in DJ Hero… one doing the turntable, and the other doing the crossfader/Euphoria.

Rockband 2 and DJ Hero for the number 1 and 2 spots? LOL! and ngs2 and warhawk at the bottom…something wrong with this picture?
i could plat all those games by the time i plat warhawk…ngs2 is just too incredibly hard even on easy. i think maybe like 5 people have the ngs2 plat and about 60 for warhawk…which people have put in well over 800 hours and still dont have platinum on. i think both of them should have the number 1 and 2 spot at least. plus if u suck at warhawk, your not getting platinum.
