For everybody who was lucky enough to purchase a copy of the expansion for EA’s and Bioware’s latest RPG giant, Dragon Age: Origins Awakening. You would have noticed a little piece of paper with an illustration of a dragon made of blood. What made this most intriguing however is that above the dragon was a date, February 1, 2011. This date falls on a Tuesday which is the traditional release date for game releases. As far as announcements go this one was rather unconventional and surprisingly cool at the same time.

Earlier this year EA also confirmed that a new Dragon Age, that is not Awakening, will be coming out between January and March of 2011. While EA has not confirmed anything to anyone yet we are eagerly awaiting some sort of news from the corporate PR people over at EA. Dragon Age fans time to start a countdown!
