2 CommentsPosted by Mortiraze on March 9, 2010 under Gaming News, Philosophy and Gaming, Playstation 3, Xbox 360
I'm sure any amateur gamer has heard of the legendary, "Metal Gear Solid" series. In light of the upcoming release, "Metal Gear Rising", I thought i'd take time out to identify why some gamers may have trouble accessing it. Now, hold a cross against my head and burn me to dust, but I didn't play the fourth game. However, I'm a true fan of the story, and I definitely know what separates the clone... more. -

They say the best things in life come in threes. Forest Grumps is an exception to that rule. Anyway here is episode three, but just to warn you; I'm not in a tie so please don't shout at me for not dressing up as smartly-ish. Here's the lil' yellow link! P.S I am sorry I am not in widescreen mode. A short as I am, it kept chopping off the top of my head. If you have anythin... more. -
What Are You Playing? 01/03

I know it has only been a few days since my last “What Are You Playing?” post, but to be frank, the timing is a bit poor, with Monday being a much better window for us and our readers to think ahead instead of looking back. After the masses of God of War III footage I have been exposed to, my hands are literally shaking. Though our review of Heavy Rain proved last week that it takes more th... more. -

At E3 2009, Microsoft Executive Shane Kim announced the plans that the Xbox 360 would have a "life cycle through 2015". After a dreadful past record thanks to the Red Rings of Death (RRoD), many thought the Xbox 360 had seen its last days and a new console would be imminent. Then came the New Xbox Experience, redesigning the console through software rather than hardware. With these expectations of... more. -
5 Features/Improvements We’d Like To See For PlayStation Network

As I was typing up this nugget of opinion last night, I was completely unaware of the so-called "downfall" of the PlayStation Network. However, when I tried to boot up Heavy Rain or even access PSN, I was shut out by error codes which seem to be plaguing the entire PlayStation community. The purpose of this article isn't to kick a man while he's down, it's simply a gentle nudge at a few feature or... more. -
Assassins Creed 2 Comes Under Fire.

In a news report last week, Ubisoft's legendary 'Assassins Creed 2' appeared as an example of a sexual image, that may effect the way children are brought up. Though the game wasn't commented on, the infamous pictures of Ezio slowly removing a ladies' corset did appear, thus suggesting that it was an image effecting the pure mind of the youth of today. It's true, the report focused on high stre... more. -

This is quite honestly the first week of 2010 in which I have way too much to play. The last time I felt overwhelmed like this was during the infamous rush of titles in late 2008, though the quality of games is still constant. Some of you will have already seen my review for the first instalment of the Heavy Rain chronicles, and rest assured, a review for the full game is in the works as we... more. -
